Description
ECI 524 provided me with opportunities to learn about different educational systems around the world. It enabled me to take advantage of different cultural perspectives within my classroom.
Sub-Question: How can I use global education to deeply engage students in diverse reading and writing activities?
Answer:
Through my studies, I learned that students who are genuine products of global education systems value diversity, embrace varying cultures, empathize with those that are different than themselves, try to understand different perspectives, seek out opportunities to experience other cultures, and avoid ethnocentrism. The artifacts below are evidence of this newfound knowledge.
